This 21 day turnaround incorporates mindset, meditation, and movement to help you gain mastery over your stress, create a better outlook on life, and to improve your mental emotional, and spiritual health. If you don't decide into who you want to be, life will decide for you.

During this course you will learn to focus and gain mental strength. Your body will gain flexibility, and you will gain power over your thought by taking chaos and anxieties and putting them in order. We focus on practical, applicable patterns and tools to teach you mastery of your body and mind. You will leave experiencing greater connection to God, people around you, and to your life purpose. You will get clear on your goals, and your life mission. Join the 21 day movement today!

This course will take place over zoom and will be approximately 35 minutes in the mornings.


Mindset: The first five minutes will be for finding your focus.

Movement: We will purge out beliefs held in your body through movement. During this time you will also strengthen your structure with a 5 minute warmup included in the 20 minute yoga flow.

Meditation: We will close with a guided meditation to change your thinking patterns into a place of power.

We highly encourage journaling at the end of your experience for ten minutes before starting your day. Join us!
