Week 1-2 Learning the alignment in poses so you can be comfortable during a yoga class, accompanied by the mental reason behind your physical ailments.(ex- why you have lower back pain etc)

Week 3-4 Developing tools for your ailments;

-Flexibility in your mind and body

-Gain strength and balance for any sport you enjoy playing!

Week 5-6 Development of Man/Ninja style yoga flows you can do anytime anywhere for whatever you need!
